Detailed tour program:

Day 1:

  • Arrival in Tashkent. Meeting at the airport. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.
  • Sightseeing tour of Tashkent: Mustakillik Square, Khast Imam Square, Mausoleum of Abu Bakr Kaffal-Shashi,
  • Kukeldash Madrasah.
  • Dinner in a traditional Uzbek restaurant.

Day 2:

  • Visit to the colorful Chorsu bazaar. Tasting of fresh fruits, vegetables, spices and other products.
  • Master class on cooking pilaf – the most famous Uzbek dish.
  • Lunch in an authentic teahouse.
  • Transfer to Bukhara (400 km).
  • Hotel accommodation.

Day 3:

  • Excursion around Bukhara: Samanid mausoleum, Chashma-Ayub complex, Miri-Arab madrasah, Ulugbek madrasah, Magoki-Atari mosque.
  • Dinner in a restaurant with panoramic views of the city.

Day 4:

  • Master class on making samsa – delicious pies with various fillings.
  • Lunch in a cozy cafe.
  • Visit to the Bukhara Emirate, where you can try traditional Uzbek sweets.
  • Free time.

Day 5:

  • Transfer to Samarkand (300 km).
  • Hotel accommodation.
  • Excursion around Samarkand: Registan Square, Gur-Emir Mausoleum, Bibi-Khanym Mosque, Ulugbek
  • Observatory, Shahi-Zinda Necropolis.
  • Dinner at a restaurant with live music.

Day 6:

  • Visit to the Khorog winery and wine tasting.
  • Master class on cooking lagman – a hearty soup with meat and vegetables.
  • Lunch at a restaurant overlooking the vineyards.
  • Free time.

Day 7:

  • Airport transfer. Flight home.
